Agreement and eligibility

By installing or using the service, you agree to these terms for yourself and the business you represent. You confirm that you are authorized to bind that business and are legally able to enter this agreement.

The service

The service maintains appointment-package definitions, customer credit ledgers, reservations, wallet access, and related operational records. Your connected CRM and payment providers remain the systems that process payments and manage their own contact, calendar, order, and subscription records.

Your responsibilities

• Configure packages, cancellation rules, calendars, products, and prices accurately.
• Review exceptions and manual adjustments and maintain appropriate customer policies.
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes and protect authorized access.
• Provide legally required notices and obtain any required customer consents.
• Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse, or resell the service without permission.

Fees and third-party services

Subscription fees, trials, renewals, and cancellations may be administered by the marketplace through which you installed the app. Connected platforms and providers have separate terms, fees, availability, and security practices. We are not responsible for a third party's services or changes outside our control.

Data and privacy

You retain your rights in data you provide. You authorize us to process that data to operate, secure, and support the service. Our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy describe those practices.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially reducing paid functionality without notice.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, unlawful use, material breach, or protection of the service and its users. You may stop using the service and uninstall it at any time. The Disconnect Guide explains the data lifecycle.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. SuiteCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. To the extent permitted by law, SuiteCraft's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

General terms

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale of the service. Applicable law governs without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
